In hotel the different levels at which you can be hired:
Management Trainee: If you excel in knowledge, skills & attitude you can be hired as a management trainee. Once the training is complete which is generally of two years you are absorbed as Assistant Managers.
Hotel Operational Trainee: If you are very sure about the department you would like to join and would not like to go through all departments, you can be hired as HOT and given a specific department. After the training you will be given a supervisory position.
Entry Level: If you are not hired as MT or HOT, you are still standing a chance of being hired at the entry level and you start work as Guest Associates.
Course Duration: 3 years, out of which 16 weeks of Industrial Exposure Tarining.
Eligibility: Passed in Intermediate Exam (10+2) or equivalent, with minimum 55% of marks, and from an English medium college/school
